What type of metal is your jewelry made from?
All of my jewelry is made from sterling silver, using recycled/reclaimed sterling silver as much as possible.
Is there nickel in the jewelry?
Since Linkouture jewelry is made just from fine and sterling silver, there should not be nickel in that. That said, there’s always a chance that some nickel ends up at the level where the silver is manufactured so I cannot guarantee that your jewelry is nickel-free. However, if you have a nickel allergy and do have a reaction, I will gladly allow you to return your jewelry for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Sterling silver does tarnish over time. However, you can prevent it or slow down the process by storing your jewelry in a ziplock bag. You can also download a free copy of this eco-friendly cleaning guide!
Does my order include gift wrapping?
Each order comes in an eco-friendly gift box and is tied with a ribbon. I strive to make my packaging both eco-friendly and minimalist. You can read more about Linkouture’s commitment to sustainability.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Items that are currently in stock ship out within two business days. Made-to-order items may take longer, depending on the intricacy of each piece and is noted in the product description. I personally handmade each individual piece myself so I need time to make each order.
I need my order expedited. Is that possible?

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped USPS First Class mail. All orders include insurance. You will receive a tracking code once your order has shipped.
Do you ship overseas?
If you live outside of the United States, please email me to get a more precise estimate of shipping before purchasing. If a customs form is required, please note that I need to fill out the form as merchandise and not as a gift. Please be aware of any customs charges in your country. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and/or any other fees in their country.
What is your return policy?
It is important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for either a full refund or to exchange the item.
Otherwise returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). You will be refunded the cost of the item upon receipt of the item, minus the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
